Program T.R.A.C.S.

1 Year Genesis T.R.A.C.

This program integrates Biblical principles for personal transformation, life skills development, proven relapse prevention strategies, cognitive therapy, and current neurochemistry research to comprehensively address, heal, and restore individuals impacted by self-destructive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. All participants are required to attend morning devotions, scheduled meetings, and classes. During the first 30 days of the program, participants must remain on the property. Part-time employment is permitted after 90 days in the program and may begin after 12:00 PM. All participants must be out of their rooms by 8:00 AM and may not return until 4:40 PM, except on Sundays.

PHASE 2

1 Year Work T.R.A.C.

The Work Program is the second phase of our services. After a resident completes either the Emergency Program or the Genesis Program and secures full-time employment, he becomes eligible to enter the Work Program. This phase allows residents to continue their progress while saving money over a 12-month period. Employment is defined as a job where either taxes are withheld by the employer or a 1099 form is issued at the end of the year.

PROGRAMMING

PHASE 1

30 Day Emergency T.R.A.C.

During the first 30 days of the program, participants will work with staff to develop an individualized case plan, establish insurance coverage, and schedule at least one medical appointment. If clinically indicated, mental health and dental appointments will also be arranged. Participants are required to remain on the property during this initial 30-day period and may leave only for approved medical, correctional, or verified employment-related appointments. All participants must be out of their rooms by 8:00 AM and may not return until 4:40 PM, except on Sundays. Upon completion of the initial 30-day period, each resident must either maintain employment of at least 30 hours per week or enroll in the Genesis Program. Those who do not meet one of these requirements will be expected to secure alternative housing arrangements.

OR

Intakes are conducted Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. While our facility assists many men, we may not be able to meet every individual’s needs. All prospective residents are required to complete an assessment so we can determine whether our facility is able to provide appropriate support before a stay is approved.
